Tax remissions – Free money donations, up to euro 2068,83 per year, received by Regina Pacis Fund from natural person are deductible from income-tax (IRPEF) to the amount of 19% of the donation (art.13bis, lett. i bis) of DPR n. 917/1986).
Free money donations performed by person holders of enterprise’s income are tax-deductible for a maximum account of euro 2068,83 or rather 2% of enterprise’s income (art.6, point 2, c sexies) of DPR n. 917/1986).
The deduction is allowed, if lodgments are performed through bank or postal office.
